“Jr. is very knowledgeable technician. Polite and handled himself professionally. After introducing himself he immediately put on shoe booties before entering our home. He explained what this maintenance check will consist of and approximately how it will be. After checking and draining our water heater Jr prepared an estimate of the issue he noted via an email. Which I received just after he left. Knights Plumbing has professionals employed by them. Jr is the 3rd technician that has come to my home and I can honestly say how pleased I am of all three!! “I have peace of mind again. This was a learning curve for me . Listen to the process and the best approach. We had a 79 year old sewer stack with 3 T's cast iron. The one in the middle had corrosion leak( hole). That was cut out repaired with newer materials, Also the Hydro Jetter was used for clearing clean our sewer main, it was backed-up, And necessary. For our particular problem. Im so pleased everything is flowing again.?Thank you Steven.“

He was very professional very considerate, cleaned up the area even after completing the job. I had lots of questions and he made sure to answer them in a way I could understand which is hugely appreciated for me! He was on time and was straight forward. During payment there was a glitch in the system and he was sure to verify that I was not overcharged by calling into his office before leaving my home which again was super helpful and considerate leaving me to feel secure. I called at 2:30pm on a Tuesday and was DELIGHTED to hear they could send someone out to unclog our tub that was draining super slowly on the same day between 4 and 6pm. So, you can imagine how ELATED I was when, after confirming with the technician, they said: nevermind, we can be there IN AN HOUR. They told me how much it would cost, which, at less than $300, I considered very affordable. Freddy arrived precisely 60 minutes later. He called me to tell me when he was on his way and was here exactly when he said he would be. He was personable, professional, efficient, well spoken, and kept me apprised of the progress on the project. He was respectful of our home and, as a woman home alone, I felt very safe with him in the house. The tub was unclogged less than 30 minutes after he arrived. They utilize a contractor software, so I had my paid invoice before he left. As we were his last call of the day, he even took the time to compliment our property and ask about my animals. I will absolutely call them again if we have any further plumbing issues. I can't believe I'm even saying this, but, everything was resolved in less than two hours from the time I found them on Yelp and called for help. Thanks to Freddy and the Mr. Ed's team for a job well done and in a hurry!“
