I am so grateful that Phil was able to come to our rescue providing an upfront honest reasonably affordable estimate to take out and put in a new water heater! Our water heater began leaking only a year after we purchased it and found myself, three little ones and an elderly parent without hot water for 24 hours until we called P&M plumbing! After getting a replacement from the wholesaler we had originally purchased from, Phil came right away and was able to take out the old one and put in the new one.
