I received a call letting me know when the technician was 10 minutes out. Upon his arrival, Taylor checked out the problem, explained what needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate of the cost for repairs. After agreeing to the repair cost, Tyler worked efficiently to repair a major leak. When his work was completed, he cleaned the area and then showed me that my bathtub faucet was now working correctly. Thank you for a job well done! “Jr. is very knowledgeable technician. Polite and handled himself professionally. After introducing himself he immediately put on shoe booties before entering our home. He explained what this maintenance check will consist of and approximately how it will be. After checking and draining our water heater Jr prepared an estimate of the issue he noted via an email. Which I received just after he left. Knights Plumbing has professionals employed by them. Jr is the 3rd technician that has come to my home and I can honestly say how pleased I am of all three!! John has done everything from putting together shelves for me and re-hanging a heavy bedroom mirror, to putting together a Turkish lamp.Today I had several new wall hangings that I wanted hung. Some of which were too heavy for me to attempt. I'm 5 ft tall and couldn't do on my own.John & Dedrick arrived on time, and immediately got to work. They measured and leveled, and stepped back several times to get "visuals ", all the while asking if I was happy with the positions before making any holes. He was very professional very considerate, cleaned up the area even after completing the job. I had lots of questions and he made sure to answer them in a way I could understand which is hugely appreciated for me! He was on time and was straight forward. During payment there was a glitch in the system and he was sure to verify that I was not overcharged by calling into his office before leaving my home which again was super helpful and considerate leaving me to feel secure. Over the years we've had them install a new HVAC system, a new water heater, and they've done the plumbing for a major bathroom remodel.Today, we called them out on a 106 degree day because our air stopped working. It was the thermostat, which had been installed by them a year ago. They replaced the thermostat and did not charge us a cent for the service call or the replacement thermostat.
