Had an emergency with the water not working in the place I just moved into. They were super quick to respond and get someone out to get the issue taken care of. Jake, the tech that came out and fixed the issue, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Fantastic customer service.

Loren was good. His answer was honest- that in fact the water heater does have calcium deposits all through it. This was all I was asking for, actually- honesty! And he had it! So he was able to install the new thermostat and also placed the earthquake belts back on for us. He did so professionally and courteously. I do not know why the second crew claimed the water heater was fine, but he was able to tell me that it does have calcium deposits so it's likely the first assessment was correct. Thank you Loren for fixing the thermostat!
