“Fred Hill Mechanical has been our choice for plumbing and HVAC needs over the 35 years we've owned this 75 year old house. Over the years we've had them install a new HVAC system, a new water heater, and they've done the plumbing for a major bathroom remodel.Today, we called them out on a 106 degree day because our air stopped working. It was the thermostat, which had been installed by them a year ago. They replaced the thermostat and did not charge us a cent for the service call or the replacement thermostat. Their work is impeccable, they back their services and equipment, and are courteous and professional.“

He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; checked out rooftop unit, and interior thermostat. Thermostat was fairly loose on the wall, so Felipe remounted and reconnected the thermostat. The company was very nice and responsive when I called to find out the status of service. The vendor came out and went above and beyond to ensure our AC was fixed for this heat wave that we are having this weekend. He could have made us wait for the part to come in but found the part went to another town to get it and came back to install it. “Our air conditioner started blowing out warm air. I have an Oxygen concentrator and if the machine gets too hot it will cease to work.. The guy from zing Bear sent guy named Joe Cook out! I called on a Sun. @1:00 Joe came out at 2:00. Fixed it in 35 min and charged me a very reasonable fee! I actually paid more! I would recommend these guys to anyone!!Service: HVAC system repair“
