At the time of changing that realized the shutoff to the house was leaking by so they fixed that too. They are always on time, professional, thorough and get the issue or issues fixed right the first time! I will continue to use them in the future for my plumbing needs.“

“I had a leaky toilet supply valve, wanted to replace another older style toilet valve since the other was getting replaced anyways, and an upstairs tub wasn’t turning on. Called and Rudy and Bob arrived the same day, just a few hours later, in the timeframe they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They replaced the valves and said James would be by shortly to continue diagnosing the tub. James and Devon arrived less than an hour later and had the problem solved (dysfunctional diverter valve on the spigot) in less than 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me for the tub. I called Henderson Bros. just to educate myself on the items I needed fixing at my new home. I spoke to a person at their main number named Sarah. She was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. I called her several times and with each conversation, I felt well taken care of. I scheduled an estimate appt. When the trades person came out he was also very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. We worked together to figure out exactly what I needed and how we should go about it.
