First time using Mr Ed's plumbing , the person who answered the phone was a full understanding person Base on my needs , he gave me 30 minutes time frame to arrive the plumber arrive in less the 20 minutes , the plumber did a really good work , he was fast and accurate .The price comparing to other companies in town its good .
I used Ed's Plumbing for very first time they showed up on time met the plumber Cy, wow what a first impression I knew immediately I was in good hands , very respectful of my home I just knew I was talking to a honest man. He diagnosed my problem and let me know exact procedures and price with recommendation, very neat and clean he was very confident.
I had a very good experience with Mr Ed'S Plumbing. He was professional and personable. He was very thorough and even though he was working on a sooty fireplace, he left everything clean. He even wore shoe covers!!!!! Great Job!!
