“I’ve been working with Own It Fitness since October of 2023 in their personal training program. I had never done a formal training program before, and I was looking to lose body fat and gain strength for my upcoming wedding. After my consultation and movement assessment, Miguel and his team created a program for me that allowed me to meet my goals. Miguel really takes the time to explain proper form with each exercise, which was important to me. I never feel like I am walking into a workout, unsure of what to do. I already feel stronger and have more energy throughout my day. I feel supported and encouraged by the whole Own It team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great personal training experience.“

“This has got to be one of the best places to learn Martial Arts! When I first joined I had been hopping through many different sports to find what fitted me. I was shy and didn't have much confidence. This place welcomed me with open arms and even though I haven't been here very long, the coaches made it very comforting.
