“Last evening or AC unit when completely out-deader than a door mail. I was diagnosed at Mayo Clinic with an inability to tolerate heat as a result of a very bad virus that knocked out all the sweat glands in my body. The result is that any temperature above 72 or so could make me very sick or worse. We called the company that installed our unit (in 2011) & the answering service would not disturb anyone to come out. We found O C Breeze online and the owner Greg sent out George at 9pm. By 10:30 we were up and running and 2 repairs to our unit had taken place. Without their help we would have had to go to a hotel. George was very professional & performed his job quickly, showing us the problems before repairing them. That was all above and beyond and we are customers for life! Thank you so much.“

Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. Brent and Quincy were a great install team--very attentive to details, and that's what I liked because I know they made sure it got done right. They were also patient with me and answered all my questions about the system after install. My job consisted of getting rid of the furnace on ground level, building a platform in the attic in a tight area, and installing a whole new heatpump and return in the attic/ceiling. Ultimately I went with the X-series ac pro, and it's nice and quiet. Very positive experience.“

“Called Igor, to replace our 27 year old furnace and AC. After discussion about correct system and size, we set the date. In the morning two workers came to remove old equipment and prepare new equipment. Everything was brand new in original packaging. 2 hours into the job, two more workers came and Igor. By 4 PM everything was installed including a replaced line to outside AC condenser. Everything was soldered together, refrigerant, power box replaced, ducts connected, with filter box and new Nest thermostat installed. 20 min later all drop cloths were gone and area was vacuumed and clean. Just is if nothing happened. Were not for new thermostat, there was nothing different visible in the house . Crew was quick, clean, Igor made sure all parts were properly fitted and heat/cold was/is working great. The unit is very quiet and runs great. Great job, for great price, Igor and team are No1!“

Very responsive same day service. Our new HVAC system installed by someone else blew Air Conditioning when set to heat. It was wired incorrectly to the thermostat and at the blower so it blew a fuse. Brad, the Owner of Harbor HVAC, responded to my call within minutes, diagnosing the issue on the phone. He sent his technician Xavier out that eve. Xavier was courteous, on time, helpful and patient and meticulously thorough. He explained everything and solved the problem in VERY short time.
