Lily hired an exceptionally gifted photographer to take pictures of the home inside and out. The home looked incredible in the photographs she posted online for prospective tenants to view. As a result, dozens of calls immediately came in from prospective renters. Lily was consistently available to conduct home tours and answer questions from us and from prospective renters. She quickly followed up on every potential renter and presented only the most verifiably qualified for our consideration. Within 10 days we had several viable tenant applications with supportive documentation to review for consideration as tenants for our beloved little family home.
Lily was prepared for every big and small detail for quick considerate negotiation. She handled everything with the prospective tenants, for approval from us. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Lily was patient and worked through the process with grace, courtesy and authority. We had a clear understanding of what was expected from all parties prior to signing the rental contract. We selected tenants who were willing to sign a two-year lease at an agreeable rental amount.
