“Walter is on time and works very hard .He came back with the additional part on JULY 4TH!!.Not sure why others have rated low...People may expect his truck to carry all parts for all models - which is not reasonable.Walter ordered a part for my Samsung dryer on Monday - it came in Tuesday and he offered to install it immediately.The part was just installed and we will be doing laundry today . We don't expect any problems but if there are - I trust that Walter will take care of it. A dryer is an appliance ...there are only so many parts that can go bad. So I do not recommend SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHERS OR DRYERS...But I do recommend Walter and his repair company.Walter seems knowledgeable, capable, AND AVAILABLE !! What more could you ask for.I dont think $65 to diagnose the problem as an issue.Its certainly a BIG risk for him that collecting the $65 for the diagnosis that you would choose to watch the youtube video and finish the repair yourself.So if you want a reliable repair - call Walter.Its NOT FREE but I decided his price was ACCEPTABLE !! “I submitted an online claim on Sun. nt, 6/16/24 to my home warranty company to repair my washer and was assigned to AG. Upon calling AG first thing Mon mrng, I left a message. AG's Diana called me back and scheduled me the next day, Tues, 6/18. Sergi the tech and diagnosed the problem promptly - suspension parts to be replaced. He said a part needed to be ordered and it would take about 5 d. However, just a couple of days later, Thurs. mrng., I had a call from Diana to proactively schedule me on Sat., 6/22 since they were expecting the part by Fri., 6/21. Sergi again showed up on time w/in the given 4 hr. window, installed the part, answered my questions, and tested the washer, which is now working properly.
Whereas I was really keeping my fingers crossed given the far from stellar AG reviews I'd read, and past disappointing experiences with my home warranty company vendors, I can truly rate them 5* since I was the beneficiary of prompt and excellent service from AG.
