He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Even though our dryer is not a current model, he had the part we needed on his truck and was able to fix our appliance in less than an hour.Before calling Maslyn & Sons we considered using GE Service to repair our machine. Decided against it when we learned that they charge $133 just to show up and take a look. Darren charged a fraction of this amount AND he applied the fee to the work he performed. “Really appreciate Ali for being very helpful with our dryer. It did not need any service/repair, it was our fault for locking the control panel. Ali came and took care of the issue without charging us anything. Normally you would have to pay for a minimum visit fee to trouble shoot the issue. Ali was very honest and explained very detail of what needs to be done on our own until it really needs a service which is a year from now. He refused to accept our offer to pay him.
