“Andy fixed my clothes dryer today; it was making a racket when it was spinning. Sonia, the person who set up the appointment was super helpful. There was a cancellation for a day sooner and she texted me to see if it worked for me. I had another appliance repair co. give me an estimate (days ago), but I didn't care for the tech; I felt like he was just guessing at the repair since he didn't open up the unit.Therefore, I asked my property manager for a referral, and she gave me the number to All American Appliance Repair.The tech, Andy, called me to tell me he was on his way; he came on time and was very polite. He wanted to open up the unit before deciding on the repair ; he had the OEM parts on hand and fixed it up perfectly (for a reasonable price). I will continue calling All American for any appliance repairs. By the way, my unit is a Kenmore, made by LG.“
