I am very pleased with the quality repair work completed by Ed. Knowledgeable and committed to doing the work correctly!Our refrigerator was dispensing water and not turning off. I called Abacus and Ed responded quickly. He looked up our model, asked a few questions and said he'd be over shortly. Arrived, inspected and found the problem. Fixed it and tested to make sure it was correct. Price was Very Reasonable--Very !! Plus, he's a really nice person.

Eddie is THE guy in South OC you want to call for appliance repair. He is prompt and responsive to the initial inquiry, shows up when he says he will, knows his craft well, and is very personable with great prices. When a part replacement is my DIY wheelhouse, Eddie even provides installation guidance including the right part to order. I cannot recommend him enough.
