Around 8 months ago, I had my dishwasher was intermittently leaking and would shut off during the cycle. The other few repair businesses would come by and run five minutes cycle and say all good and nothing to fix despite I would show them the recorded videos of the incidents. I was really frustrated.Then the appliance insurance company assigned the request to All Brands Appliances and Sergie came by to troubleshoot. He patiently evaluated all the parts of the machine and ordered the parts to replace. I have a hand me down Thermador Stove and was so sad with the two burners on the left decided to no longer work. I called up All Brand Appliance Repair and their technician was at my house the same day to diagnose the issue. Parts needed to be ordered so the technician came back the following week (about 4-5 business days), as stated, to repair.He was so courteous - took off his shoes when he came in and was very tidy as well. The entire process was so easy, and now my stove is working again.Thank you for bringing back life to my old stove :)

My favorite garage refrigerator stopped working one day and I did not want to buy a new one. I called All Brand and they were out the same day to look at it. He ordered the part and had it working in a few days. Glad to have my fridge back working! Great customer service and very friendly.....will call them again if something else breaks!
