My water heater suddenly stops producing hot water. After a few troubleshooting, I realized that the thermocouple went bad and needed to be replaced. Coast Appliance Parts is my local go-to shop for any appliance replacement specially those hard-to-find parts. At the front desk, I talked to Cody. He is courteous, and friendly and guided me to the correct part that I need he even recommended a reputable technician to assist me if I require professional help. Great customer service!

The gentlemen at the front are absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you get the parts you need.This is my first time here (but not my last!) and they seem to have every item you could need (at least for general consumers trying to replace a part on appliances).I again appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable the front desk staff are since they helped me sort out exactly which part I needed from a literal sea of part numbers. My head was spinning but they got me exactly what was needed.

My refrigerator took a s*** on me and I needed a part for it. I went there not knowing anything but I did have the model number. Auggie helped me out looked up the part which was some kind of condenser motor or something.. auggie was cool and chill when he helped me out. Found it pretty quick. The part was not in stock so they had to bring it in and when I went back to get it a guy named Victor helped me out. Victor got my part quickly and I was in and out like nothing. Shout out to Victor. That's what's up.
