“My review is way overdue but well deserved as my kid has been going to this dojo for over two years. It's a type of a place you want to keep as a secret, all to yourself, but at the same time shout to everyone how awesome it is! My child has learned discipline, self defense, control, confidence, grew new friendships while having so much fun! We truly feel like we have become part of something great - part of an amazing Karate family. Thank you to Mires Martial Arts!“

“Bernard and Julian have been incredibly helpful with my sciatica. The two of them have been working hard to help me get back to a pain free life. I tried other PT facilities and felt like I was part of the mill- churn and burn. At Stretch-n-Go, I feel well cared for and I can tell that it is making a difference. If you are looking for a holistic approach with personalized care, Stretch-n-Go is it. I'm grateful for this unique approach to physical pain and injuries. It really should be the standard of care. Thanks Bernard and Julian!“

“Came here for my first Bootcamp class via ClassPass. When I arrived, I wasn't sure if the place was actually open for business because it was boarded up on the windows. With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. I was introduced to the owner and other people who showed up for the class and I could tell they were regulars. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. It was a damn good sweat and I had great energy the rest of the day.“

“For many years I have been searching for a professional who could help me stay away from chronic pain and surgeries. I believe I found the place.
Having had an active lifestyle and not so diligent stretching routines, I’ve seen a lot of physical therapists in my life, but none offered the thorough care and education that you get at STRETCH-N-GO. It is truly a special place that has given me a new appreciation for how physical therapy can help you get better and not just get by.
Bernard and his staff do spend the time to understand the underlying issues going on with your body and will get you back to your best self. A combination of deep tissue work, extensive stretches, exercises and recommendations for better posture has kept me away from shoulder surgery, bringing be back to a full range of motion without pain and is getting me closer to going back to Tennis. I only wish I had known them 10 years ago, but I am so glad to have them now by my side. STRECH-N-GO is my happy place! You should give them a try !“
