“Very pleased with the response time and professionalism of Selina answering calls and setting appointments, and with the expertise and high quality work of Steve. Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Considering it's the middle of summer, I'm super grateful that things moved so smoothly.I thank Steve for his great communication and hard work in the heat all day Saturday! He didn't leave until almost 8 p.m. because he wanted to make sure our a/c was running smoothly. Then he came Sunday to make a few adjustments to the new central heat system. I appreciate it!“

Although the issue at hand was a bit out of norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. It was a job that had to spread over a couple of days, due to the fact we needed to get water detection service on hand to find the leak, since it was under ground. Once located the repairs were done quickly. I had requested for Jorge to do all the work, but due to scheduling and our need it was not possible, however Jorge came to give the final look to make sure we were satisfied. My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). They're on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. “Burst 55 y/o galvanized landscape pipe! Your employees were at my front door at 8:15 AM, ready to work. They explained the work they would do and the materials used. They rerouted my outdoor galvanized pipe, that had corroded and burst, with copper and flex line. We have shutoff’s at various junctions in the event of another broken pipe. Looks like great work and high quality. Highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing!“

Edwin checked it and assured us that it was the right move, and he made some minor adjustments for us, but did not charge us for the brief visit. “Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Before sending a tech out, he asked me to give him in detail again of what happened so if possible maybe we could troubleshoot and save time and money. Sure enough, Christian was on point! I ended up calling them back today to install a new toilet, and Alonzo and his brother Gil were prompt, professional and quick! Installed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!“
