Very pleased with the response time and professionalism of Selina answering calls and setting appointments, and with the expertise and high quality work of Steve. Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Very impressed and I'll tell you why, probably spoke to a dozen drain clearing companies and all of them would not give an estimate for clearing the drain for an upstairs shower their method of operation is to say we will send a person out and he'll give you an estimate. the whole idea behind that is to upsell you once the guy gets to your home. Quest home services was different they quoted $99 to clear the drain for an upstairs shower obviously it wasn't a tree root problem because it was an upstairs shower, every other drain in the house worked no problem, 99% chance it was just hair in the drain. they gave me a two hour window, Steve arrived mid that time frame and...read full review

Of course our AC broke down at the beginning of a heatwave! I contacted several companies who responded with auto-replies or made promises they didn't keep. Quest got back to my yelp request quickly and in their intro message they gave me some time frames for THAT DAY!!! The person they sent was professional, friendly and answered all our questions. Their service was affordable and easy. Thank you so much!
