They finished in one day and did an amazing job! My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). They're on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. I've used several other plumbers (old house) and they didn't come near to these guys!“

Although the issue at hand was a bit out of norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. It was a job that had to spread over a couple of days, due to the fact we needed to get water detection service on hand to find the leak, since it was under ground. Once located the repairs were done quickly. I had requested for Jorge to do all the work, but due to scheduling and our need it was not possible, however Jorge came to give the final look to make sure we were satisfied. “My business in Long Beach had a clogged sewer line that had back up sewage going into the men's and ladies restrooms. Awful. It was 9:00 on a Friday night. I learned that a lot of companies say "24 hours", but they're not serious about it. SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company. They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away. It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business. Thank you Carlos and the rest of your team. I'll call you again, hopefully when it's not after hours!“

Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Considering it's the middle of summer, I'm super grateful that things moved so smoothly.I thank Steve for his great communication and hard work in the heat all day Saturday! He didn't leave until almost 8 p.m. because he wanted to make sure our a/c was running smoothly. Then he came Sunday to make a few adjustments to the new central heat system. I appreciate it!“

We hired Legacy Sewer Line & Drain to replace the cast iron plumbing under our 90 year old home, install a sewer liner in our clay sewer line, and repair a portion of damaged sewer line that could not be replaced without demo-ing our bathroom. They did excellent work, were very communicative, and gave us a fair price that was lower than what other companies quoted us. There was even some unexpected work that involved redoing some previously improperly installed plumbing that they did at no extra charge. Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. “I found Luis and his company through yelp. He responded to my inquiry on here looking for a plumber for a repair. He was quick to reply and give a quote that was SUPER competitive vs the other companies I had received quotes from. So, I scheduled an appointment to confirm the estimate in person. Luis was very punctual regarding the time he gave me. And when he arrived he figured out the issue might something even simpler than the scope of work everyone else deemed necessary. Rather than having to rip through drywall and replacing drains and P-traps Luis simply looked and saw a simple seal needed replacing actually saving me even more money. He left, ordered the seal, and scheduled another appointment. And again was very punctual and texting me his estimated arrival time. He finished job quickly and cleanly.
