Although the issue at hand was a bit out of norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. “Burst 55 y/o galvanized landscape pipe! Your employees were at my front door at 8:15 AM, ready to work. They explained the work they would do and the materials used. They rerouted my outdoor galvanized pipe, that had corroded and burst, with copper and flex line. We have shutoff’s at various junctions in the event of another broken pipe. “These guys are the best! I really trust them! They've come out several times because I have an old house. My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). They're on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. I've used several other plumbers (old house) and they didn't come near to these guys!“
