Harry came in and was thoroughly knowledgable about this insane strange relentless thumping noise that was suddenly plaguing my apartment and a few others. He diagnosed it quickly, accurately and was able to discern it was a building pipes issue as opposed to one being caused by anything in my specific unit. Extremely dedicated to his job and it shows.
