If I could give this company 10 stars I would . They are extremely fair, reliable and most of all honest . I got quite a few estimates from various pluming services and had to navigate through the BS . These guys explain everything, send videos to back it up and also came in at a very fair price . Thank you . Alex and his team .
I had a hissing sound coming from under my house, which could only be one of two things; a live snake, or a plumbing issue. Since there are no snakes in Santa Monica, I came to the conclusion that I had a plumbing issue. A good friend recommended Conover Plumbing, since she has had good results from them. So I called Alex this morning and told him what and were my plumbing problem is located. Within 4 hours he sent two of his employees to my residence to fix my problem. My new go to plumber will be Alex and his crew.
We recently did a remodel and added a master bathroom, tankless water heater and remodel of the bathroom. We worked with Alex, he was great. He is super responsive even when we sent him text on the weekends. Along the way if there were any issues that came up Alex handled them right away and they were fixed. It was a pleasure to work with him, he was super professional and also gave us advise on certain things. I would highly recommend Conover Plumbing
