They arrived that afternoon and by 4pm they had gotten rid of the broken glass, installed a much stronger glass pane in the door, and replaced a single pane window in another door with that stronger glass. After the windows were shipped to their warehouse, they reached out to schedule an install date, arranged the scaffold contractor and sent a work crew who - within 1.5 days had seamlessly and flawlessly replaced my old windows, caulked and painted the new ones.
