Paul Akin the owner stated on 2/26/24, during a zoom call with others, he would replace my two doors purchased from him and delivered in September 23'. On three occasions replacement doors were ordered than cancelled over a five-month period. I have emails stating that the doors will be replaced on two separate occasions however Colliers will not replace my defective per the prior confirmations that they were ordered and even one stating they will get back to me with a ship date. I completed the house based off the two emails that the new doors were ordered only be told today that Colliers won't fix the doors and to deal with the manufacture Marvin. I'm now stucco'd and drywalled and faced with no easy solution. Having on four occasions (two via email and two over the phone) told replacement doors were ordered only to be cancelled is "bad faith". This is a consistent attempt to deceive and if you want someone to stand behind their product don't deal with Paul Akin nor Collier (nor Marvin). Please note their Terms and Conditions require Mediation (requiring the party lied to pay half the cost to hold them accountable for bath faith (and defects).

The staff and management at Collier Warehouse are careless and reckless when unloading their windows on Apparel Way. Multiple times have I driven past only to find a screws left on the ground from their inconsiderate employees. Please be more mindful when driving to their headquarters if you don't want a flat tire.
