“Came here for my first Bootcamp class via ClassPass. When I arrived, I wasn't sure if the place was actually open for business because it was boarded up on the windows. With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. I was introduced to the owner and other people who showed up for the class and I could tell they were regulars. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. It was a damn good sweat and I had great energy the rest of the day.“

“I’ve been working with Mac on and off over the past 8 years. He’s helped deliver the desired results I was looking for, which were weight loss, better endurance and more strength. Mac listens to my needs and any concerns then constructs a plan to achieve the results. I have lower back pain and certain activities, like running which I love, becomes harder the older I get. Mac’s put together a plan which includes strength and flexibility training to address my lower back. He’s been a tremendous help and helped alleviate much of my discomfort. “This place is Expensive and I am not some chuckle driving the Mercedes! Actually, I live in a Trailer Park I have worked very hard for my family all of my life I am 62 and it's time for me to invest in myself, I saw this 20 minute work out on Facebook and It's twice a week. In the past, I would try to exercise and after a few weeks, I would have to stop due to neck and back pain.This is different. It's just me and my trainer in the gym. 20 minutes 6 or 7 reps with heavy weights in slow motion and I am in the best shape and stronger Than I Have Ever Been after 6 weeks!I I“
“Lakeridge does a good job of keeping activities scheduled nicely and maintains to the equipment and property very well. I like to do yoga during the week and bring the kids to play in the pool. This isn't a 24 hour meat market, this is a lot of career and retired people FYI.“

“Wonderful facility with knowledgeable trainers, very friendly staff and more than excellent classes and equipment to choose from. The pool is large and the cleaning staff is stellar. The locker rooms, showers, pool and equipment is constantly being cleaned. This is a really great sports and training facility. This place is way above average and ranks very high in my recommendations. The parking is more than adequate and the security is there driving around constantly. You can't go wrong choosing this place for your training, exercising and even socializing needs. Being in the shopping center is so convenient for your needs before or after your exercising.“
“We have been bringing our kids to KidFit since June 2022. Both of our kids have food allergies and we have yet to have any food allergy scares while they are in KidFit. My son is 3 and the KidFit staff has also helped to potty train him. When I check them in I always feel safe and the kids are always so excited to play with their friends and their favorite teachers. Gabbie or Corey are usually at the front desk and they are always super helpful. They do an amazing job of providing me with updates on the kids when I pick them up and Gabbie especially is helpful when my toddler doesn't want to be dropped off sometimes he goes to her right away and becomes calm and excited so it's a big help to me to have other trusted adults I can leave my kids with. It's impossible to list all of the teachers who have had an impact on Grace and Maximus as they are all truly amazing but a few of them are Gabbie, Corey, Abby, Sofia, Melissa, Alexandra, Carolina, Kim, and Nick. There are several other teachers who we love so I just wanted to give a big thank you to the staff there for keeping my kids safe while I workout. One last thing, please keep the kids night out events coming, Gabbie runs them and they are amazing for both the kids and allow my husband and I to have date nights.“
