I’ve been working with Mac on and off over the past 8 years. He’s helped deliver the desired results I was looking for, which were weight loss, better endurance and more strength. Mac listens to my needs and any concerns then constructs a plan to achieve the results. I have lower back pain and certain activities, like running which I love, becomes harder the older I get. Mac’s put together a plan which includes strength and flexibility training to address my lower back. He’s been a tremendous help and helped alleviate much of my discomfort. I have been training with Mac for a number of months now. He has taken this 75 year old woman and made me strong again. Not only that but lifting and exercising has become fun. He explains things well, is very encouraging and I look forward to our sessions.
