“I have been going to Carina’s for 3 years now. My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

“There are only good things I can say about YouMove and Dr. Haig. I was in a car accident and was being treated by a different chiropractor for a whole year without any improvement or resolution of my pain. I was referred to Dr. Haig late last year and I couldn’t be happier. Within 10 visits I already noticed my pain was about 90% gone. Dr. Haig is extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about looking into and diving deep into your issues, compared to other chiropractors who just adjust you in the same place every week and tell you to have a good day. “Best decision I've ever made in regards to my fitness journey. If I had to choose Jason as a personal trainer again, I'd choose him in a heartbeat! When I came to Jason, I literally was starting at level zero. I had lost 100lbs on my own and hit a plateau and since I never incorporated any physical activity in said weight loss. “Long overdue review. I went to see Johnny several years ago after suffering with tennis elbow for about a year. Johnny fixed it. Permanently. It's been about 8 years now, and it hasn't come back. He also took me and my wife through a solid foundation of stretching and strength foundational excercises. The dude is super knowledgeable, super nice, and really good at what he does. Thinking of going in soon for a back tune-up, after months quarantine sitting.“
