“There is nothing like coming home from church on Sunday afternoon, in early June and thinking..."Hmmm, it feels a little warm in the house." Then Warner and warmer and warmer. Something was clearly wrong. Monday morning we asked a friend if they knew anyone we could trust and they highly recommended Sun Coast Energy. As soon as we made connection, they had someone out within 20 minutes. It was unbelievable. David was our technician and he was prompt and efficient with the service we requested. First he checked the indoor unit and said everything looked fine. He then went to the outside unit and quickly identified that the capacitor was the issue. He scanned a barcode and discovered it was still under warranty!! Everything fixed within 30 minutes and the value he brought was huge. I told him that there will be people this Month who will have the exact same issue and someone will sell them a brand new unit. There is no way I would have known if he had told me I needed a new unit. He said the owners aren't like that. They are good Christian people who hire people who do the right thing. David also said he could not sleep with himself at night if he did something like that. They have a service plan that we are going to sign up for just because of the integrity of the company. We know they will serve us the right way. If you need help with A/C issues and anything else Sun Coadt services, I would recommend giving them a call!! We are very happy with the value and service we received.“

“Bay Aire has been helping me and my family with our HVAC needs up and down Baldwin Co for at least 15 years. Probably 20. Home, Camp, Mother, and Mother-In-Law. Over the years I have gotten to know Keith the owner, Karen, Carla, Emily in the office, and especially their devoted technicians Joe, Kevin, Tony, and Shay just to name a few (sorry to whoever I left out.) I have many stories I could tell about each and every one of them. Whether it was a weekend, middle of the night, hottest day of the year, or coldest. Little fixes or major installs. They have been nothing but fast fair honest and dependable as long as I have known them. They come out, diagnose, and fix. But if it’s more complicated than that, they do a great job of laying out options on when and how to most practically and economically tackle those scary problems with your system that may be bigger or more long term. This is the first (and probably last) review I’ve ever written about anything online. Joe was at my 87 year old Moms house til 10pm last night working to find and fix a leak in her system and get her cooling again. It made me realize that I should return the effort and tell everybody about my many great experiences with Bay Aire!“

“Jason Butler came out to my home after a weekend of no air conditioning July 1st. June 21st, I also had a service call since my unit has been running poorly. It wouldn't cool for many hours. I was dissapointed and didn't think we would locate help so quickly. My 3 year old son, and mother were sweating with me. Our tech, Mr. Jason Butler was quick to repair a fan motor. “I called them late on a Friday after both of my AC units died after being well past due for replacing. They had someone there the next day (Michael) who inspected them and provided a temporary fix which was much needed due to it taking place in June. For a fair price, they then got me scheduled for everything to be done the following Tuesday. The crew got to my house on time, did everything needed in a few hours, and were as nice as they could be. Highly recommend them and, while I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon (ha), they are who I’ll be calling in such an instance.“
