“We have an older house with no duct work so part of the air conditioning system is in the attic. The access to the attic is very small. Bethke's spent almost two days in the attic installing that part. Dan, Greg, and Joe did a fantastic job and at all times were super friendly and professional. The unit works wonderfully. I would also like to thank Brian who did the estimate. Due to some unforseen circumstances, they had to put in a more expensive unit but still honored the original quote. I would recommend Bethke to any one needing service or replacement for their HVAC system. I wish all businesses were more like them!“

“My 20 y.o. a/c ran out of life 1 week before company arriving for July 4th week and during our heat spell.
My unit was doctored up on the spot with freon which lasted until the unit got replaced July 3. My visiting family arrived later that day to a diligence cool home. The two guys who replaced my AC unit arrived on schedule and promptly got to work. Jeremy and Sean were respectful, professional and super nice! They did an excellent job installing my new unit.

“Our "new" house was built in 2000 and still had original HVAC systems, so when the air conditioner went out, we knew we needed to replace the whole thing. We contacted Accu-Clime because they were Lennox dealers and we had good experience with Lennox at our old house . Accu-Clime gave us a competitive bid and seemed to know their stuff. Because they are a smaller company, they couldn't install a new system right away but were able to patch our old system so we had air conditioning again. “During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive.
