Happy to share the MOST positive review for Shackelford Heating and Cooling. I was frustrated and confused with two other HVAC companies while trying to learn replacement options for our 23-year-old zoned Carrier Infinity furnace. Mike (Shackelford owner) confidently advised us the best replacement choice and discussed technology options, VERY promptly provided a competitive bid, and had his expert team out for the installation in a very timely manner. Shackelford recently installed a new furnace for me and I am very happy with the emergency service. Our existing furnace died and both Mike and Holly were responsive after hours to our needs. I received very good pricing from them and the install team was there the next morning right away to install the new furnace. Jim, Parker and Justin were all professional, easy to talk with and did a good job explaining what was done. Mike even followed up after the service to make sure everything met my expectations. Excellent experience with Shackelford. They came out immediately to access my furnace problems, gave me a reasonable bid on a new furnace, and installed it the next morning as they said they would. Everything was done in an efficient and professional manner. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend their services.
