“Had two other contractors come over to look into what was going on with my furnace. Both suggested replacement due to age and one quoted repair of just over 1300.00. Fowler came out checked things over found a flame sensor to be the cause due to build up, cleaned it, did a further inspection. Fowler Heating is honest and he came out during a blizzard. Mad respect and would recommend to any one who needs service.“

“We live in an older home (1917) with radiators. For years we've put huge AC units in three floors to stay cool in the summer. After seeing more MItsubishi units in our neighborhood, we started doing research with ac/heat pump options. After contacting three reliable installers we settled on Bethke. The prices were all similar and the detail that Brian D. did analyzing our home and needs, we came to the conclusion that he knew exactly what was needed to keep us cool in the summer and with the split system warmer in the winter. After a slight delay (weather cold snap,) we settled on an install date. On time and with a crew of three installers they looked over the proposed sites of the indoor units and got to work. Within two days we had everything installed. The detail that they put into this job was fantastic. Rather than running the lines straight up the side of the home creating a visual eyesore, they consulted us and said if we put the lines here they'll parallel the fireplace and be less visible. It took a little more time but the finished product looks great. I woud recommend Bethke to anyone looking for not only this type of system but any heating or cooling needs. Pictures possibly to follow. Thanks to the entire crew that worked on our home.“

I called Accu-Clime for a second quote on replacement and I am so glad I did.Everyone at the company was incredibly helpful, insightful and provided me with enough of an education about the whole replacement process that I felt I could trust them to do a great job.Accu-Clime delivered. They were wonderful to work with and I have a hard time imagining working with anyone else.Also they made my furnace room look gooood. No shortcuts were taken and they fixed a bunch of poor routing decisions made by the other company when they installed the old furnace 20 years ago.I could not be happier with the service I got with Accu-Clime.“

“During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive. Without question I would recommend H&C, and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism José provided. 5 stars.“

“I was looking for a small part and tried the big box stores, and was referred from one of them. The parts clerk located the part as a piece from a larger kit, but ultimately located it by itself, which saved a lot of money. The clerk could not have been more helpful, and while he was looking, I was asked by two other staff if someone was working with me. When it's becoming so hard to find anything in person and customer service is vanishing, Rundle-Spence delivered. As I told the clerk, I have an old house...I'll be back.“
