I was having refrigerator issues at my bakery. I called Just In Time Refrigeration and a “real person” answered the phone. That’s a plus! Peggy was able to have someone stop over that day. Bruce definitely knew what he was doing and got my refrigerator cooling. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and quick turn a round. I will be referring you and I won’t be calling any one else. I have had Just In Time service our two restaurants in Madison for going on 10 years (this is written in 2023) and many more to come. They do our quarterly preventative maintenance for our HVAC, ice machine, refrigeration, etc. They also do any of our emergency situations. Just In Time has always done fantastic work.But today I was astonished with their performance. We needed a full new HVAC system replacement (the previous unit ran for nearly 20 years). This required a crane on site, full crew, the whole 9 yards.
