“Had two other contractors come over to look into what was going on with my furnace. Both suggested replacement due to age and one quoted repair of just over 1300.00. Fowler came out checked things over found a flame sensor to be the cause due to build up, cleaned it, did a further inspection. Fowler Heating is honest and he came out during a blizzard. Mad respect and would recommend to any one who needs service.“

They explained the process as they cleared the lint that was stuck in the vent, and I was very pleased with the outcome of their service. “We recently purchased an older home and during the last frigid cold snap, our furnace stopped working. Clark Heating and Cooling were super responsive and scheduled us for same-day service. Before our appointment, the furnace mysteriously kicked back on so we cancelled the appointment. Today we had Keith came to our house for a full inspection of the furnace to make sure we didn't have a repeat the next time it freezes.We can't express enough how pleased we were with Keith. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about our furnace to us and gave us great advice about how to maintain the furnace going forward. We felt that Keith really had our best interests at heart, and cared about us - he treated us more like neighbors than customers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive. Without question I would recommend H&C, and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism José provided. 5 stars.“
