“I first contacted Justin about a quote for a walk in cooler/freezer. He was at my location in less than 2 hours, and my location is almost an hour drive. He looked at my space and had my quote and drawing within a week. Great communication working with us on install date. We had a little issue with the install, guys were back the next day to resolve it! Have had a few little issues, nothing abnormal for a new install. Each time I have contacted Justin about these minimal issues, and problems I had with my existing equipment I have had a service tech at my location the same day. I have dealt with 4 or 5 different techs and they all have been phenomenal. They enjoy their job, they are happy, personable and most of all knowledgeable. Very willing to think outside the box to make a repair and do not settle for good enough. “We've worked with Air Temperature Service for many years as a trusted resource for our preventative maintence on our HVAC systems. Recently, one of our AC units stopped working and I called and spoke with the Service Manager Lindsey. She dispatched techs right away and they found that the unit was done. Since the building is less that 10 years old, Air Temps inspected the entire system looking for a root cause of the short life span and discovered an underlying issue that led to the early failure. We really appreciated the fact that they didn't just replace the unit and send us a bill. They took extra steps to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed and corrected with a long term solution.
They techs that did the work were really friendly and thorough. They made sure we were fully back up and running as quickly as possible.
