“When I went for my contact lens exam it was very nice. The best part was Mary the associate who helped me pick out my new glasses for wearing at home. She also was instrumental in ordering my new prescription for contacts. I also got my glasses and one pair of contacts the same day. Five days later I received my years worth of contacts. When I went to pick them up, Fiona, was the associate who took care of me. She went out of her way to help me fill out the rebate form, which was not easy. Stanton Optical you should be very proud and honored to have these two young ladies working for you. I left your store on both days very happy. Thank you Mary and Fiona!! You ladies are fantastic ??“

“I was incredibly lucky to have been able to get a quick appointment with Dr Moss. I was diagnosed with cataract on both eyes. Dr Moss performed the surgery, which was quick and painless. He is a person with a great demeanor who took his time answering any questions I had. The staff was friendly and competent. I'm so amazed at the improvement of my eye sight. I would definitely encourage you to have him examine you and perform surgery, if that's what you need.“
“I have always liked being cared for at Ophthalmology Associates, until this past year. They still offer quality care, and the people are usually friendly. In the past, however, they were very friendly. Dr. Detsch was great, and she's moved out of state and we miss her. That's not OAssociates fault, I realize that. And I don't think they've been able to replace her, what with the labor shortage all over. So maybe that leaves everyone else stressed out. I can understand that. My real problem is with the billing department, for my catararact surgery last spring. After many phone calls to my insurance company, and to various and very nice billing people, its still not resolved. Hence the four star rating.“

“I have seen Dr Elliott since 2000 when I first moved to Racine. His office was in the strip mall on hwy 20 at that time. I followed his office to his now location. From The first minute he walks into your exam room door he is phenomenal, I'm not just saying this. He comes in drying his hands then extends his hand to greet you. He has a calm Peaceful demeanor throughout his exam. He cleans equipment as he goes along although he has already cleaned it when he is done with each patient. Very conscious to infection control. At the end, he is very educational letting you know how your eyes are doing or how they have changed. He is present and listening to your concerns. He has never been overbearing with his recommendation. There has never been anyone comparable and no one I would trust my entire family too. Dr Elliott has provided eye exams to all 5 of my children growing up thru the years. Dr Elliott's office has had your normal change of employees as any office would over 24 years. While some personalities are different and more preferable over the years I've always been treated with respect and taken care of . Dr Elliott himself has remained with the utmost integrity over the entire 24 years we have been patients. I find some of these reviews negative in nature shocking because it truly is not his nature. I would never see anyone but Dr Elliott and thank him and his practice for doing a fine job and I would definitely recommend his office and I have recommended him to may friends who have also loved their experience.“

“The cashier or receptionist is beyond rude and shouldn't have a job working with the public. The Dr. is fine but the support staff is pathetic and badly needs to be taught people skills ( if Helen Keller can be taught maybe someone can teach this staff), also the glasses that you pay for here can be found online at a tenth of the cost, all you need is your prescription. I get that they need people with low intelligence to work for the low wages this company pays (which is still a massive overpayment even for these underskilled "workers").“
