The cashier or receptionist is beyond rude and shouldn't have a job working with the public. The Dr. is fine but the support staff is pathetic and badly needs to be taught people skills ( if Helen Keller can be taught maybe someone can teach this staff), also the glasses that you pay for here can be found online at a tenth of the cost, all you need is your prescription. I get that they need people with low intelligence to work for the low wages this company pays (which is still a massive overpayment even for these underskilled "workers").

Went there today and it was an amazing expirence. They were so quick to answer the frames were covered by my insurance, and even showed me frames that would fit my daughter. Prices were deffinatly reasonable, and I can't wait to go back for my contact fitting!Everyone here was professional, amazing, answered every question. They were so understanding while juggling my needs and my children's needs. They even helped my daughter feel comfortable in her glasses. As an added bonus they even let me daughter sign paperwork to just to "help" me out. :) thanks for going above and beyond for us!

I just picked up my glasses and Arlette was very helpful, and gave a great experience. The whole process from making my appointment to seeing the dr and the staff that helped me pick out my glasses. I recommend Vision Mart on E. Oklahoma Ave
