Everyone was wonderful! I had an eye emergency and they were able to squeeze me in quickly! They were friendly, kind, and helpful. I'm glad they're so close and accommodating because I plan to make my regular vision appointments with them!

I will say they are very thorough. The women who helped pick the glasses out is very disrespectful and rude. And forget about your Hipa rights. She will embarrass you if you are on Medicaid. I am physically disabled and she shamed me immediately. First, her desk was loaded with paperwork, and I told her the insurance I had she loudly stated, "Oh wait, what type, Let me go see " Everyone in the waiting room heard and what a spectical she made. She then proceeded to take out 2 boxes of glasses and said, " What are you looking for?" I said,"Excuse me, I don't know what you mean." she replied," Metal or plastic?" I am 43 yrs old. Always a pleasant experience w/the dr's here, especially Dr Moss. His Certified Opth Asst, Kim was FANTASTIC ! I've been a patient here for over 25yrs & wouldn't think of going anywhere else! The office staff could smile more & welcome you with a hello at least....
