“This location was fantastic. I havent had my eyes checked in over 20 years and started to have issues that I needed checked out. I was able to get an appointment within a few days(main delay was me) and I had a great experience from start to finish. I got checked in with friendly staff and then i had several tests to ensure I had the right prescription. I then had the challenge of finding the right glasses and options for me. Through everything Fiona was there helping me while also making everything fun and light hearted. Changed something that I was dreading to something I actually enjoyed. Fiona even helped find me the right style of glasses that looked great on me! If you need help with glasses, contacts, or just getting your eyes tested I would highly recommend talking to Fiona!“

“My husband was referred to Dr. Moss for a corneal transplant evaluation. At the first visit, Dr. Moss took his time to insure we understood my husband's condition and the procedure to rectify it. He drew pictures and he answered our questions to our satisfaction. My husband had the transplant and not only did Dr. Moss continue to be kind, caring and accessible but his staff was helpful and acted professionally. One could tell the staff felt they were part of the team at Ophthalmology Associates and they were respected by the physicians. We look forward to continuing our care with Dr. Moss.“

“I have always liked being cared for at Ophthalmology Associates, until this past year. They still offer quality care, and the people are usually friendly. In the past, however, they were very friendly. Dr. Detsch was great, and she's moved out of state and we miss her. That's not OAssociates fault, I realize that. And I don't think they've been able to replace her, what with the labor shortage all over. So maybe that leaves everyone else stressed out. I can understand that. My real problem is with the billing department, for my catararact surgery last spring. After many phone calls to my insurance company, and to various and very nice billing people, its still not resolved. Hence the four star rating.“

“I've been coming to Knight Vision for a few years now and have been very pleased with their services. They have a nicely remodeled office on the corner of 73rd and Greenfield Ave. with free street parking (yay- West Allis)! I switched to Knight Vision after lack of care and attention at the national chain eye locations. Each doctor here I've seen is through and takes the time to answer any questions I have. The staff does a nice job to get you in and out in a timely manner. I don't believe walk-ins are allowed but they do a great job of answering phones. Now they are apart of 'my eye dr' and you can make appointments online which is nice and convenient!“

“The cashier or receptionist is beyond rude and shouldn't have a job working with the public. The Dr. is fine but the support staff is pathetic and badly needs to be taught people skills ( if Helen Keller can be taught maybe someone can teach this staff), also the glasses that you pay for here can be found online at a tenth of the cost, all you need is your prescription. I get that they need people with low intelligence to work for the low wages this company pays (which is still a massive overpayment even for these underskilled "workers").“

“I came here almost a year ago for Lasik surgery with Dr. Moss. The staff were kind and professional. Dr. Moss let me know I was a candidate for Lasik and let me know the pros and cons.<br>Lasik surgery was the best decision! I've had no complications and I enjoy being glasses free. Would highly recommend Dr. Moss and his team.“
