“This review is solely based off a customer service and initial evaluation of my problem.

I contracted them on a Tuesday morning. Didn’t think I would hear from them for at minimum a day as they’re a larger company. However, I was pleased to see a message from them an hour or so later. I was able to have someone come later that day too! I was like “wow, that’s nice!” I was directly informed of the dispatch fee which I liked upfront. Do I think it was worth the amount? That’s a different review. I was in a pinch so I didn’t care that it was just over $100 at this point. I wanted to know if this was going to be a fire hazard problem.

When Junior got here, he was nice, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I threw him for a loop because I forgot to mention my fans had lights and he didn’t have the immediate equipment with him. He said “I’ll be back, I got to grab something and another person” he was gone 4mins maybe? Came back with a ladder and another human named Trevor/Tyler/Travis (?sorry I can’t remember your name).

These guys cleaned out bathroom exhaust fans and fixed the obnoxious loud sound. They told me I would be fine for a little bit while decided if I wanted to actually replace them. They gave me quotes on if they fixed it with their equipment or if I supplied the custom fan and they fixed it. Still pretty pricey but I appreciated they told me where to look and what size I needed to find.

Overall they’re great and totally upfront about everything. I appreciate the honesty.“

“My 20 y.o. a/c ran out of life 1 week before company arriving for July 4th week and during our heat spell.
My unit was doctored up on the spot with freon which lasted until the unit got replaced July 3. My visiting family arrived later that day to a diligence cool home. The two guys who replaced my AC unit arrived on schedule and promptly got to work. Jeremy and Sean were respectful, professional and super nice! They did an excellent job installing my new unit.

Amy in the office is also friendly and communicative, promptly returns calls if she misses and works with diligence to accommodate Hvac issues ! . It’s clear they all value customer service and take pride in good work. It shows…and boy does that matter!!! Excellent company!“

“I first contacted Justin about a quote for a walk in cooler/freezer. He was at my location in less than 2 hours, and my location is almost an hour drive. He looked at my space and had my quote and drawing within a week. Great communication working with us on install date. We had a little issue with the install, guys were back the next day to resolve it! Have had a few little issues, nothing abnormal for a new install. Each time I have contacted Justin about these minimal issues, and problems I had with my existing equipment I have had a service tech at my location the same day. I have dealt with 4 or 5 different techs and they all have been phenomenal. They enjoy their job, they are happy, personable and most of all knowledgeable. Very willing to think outside the box to make a repair and do not settle for good enough. All in all I could not be happier to have worked with them and found them for my refrigeration service needs.“

“During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive. Without question I would recommend H&C, and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism José provided. 5 stars.“

“We recently had our AC stop working...while we were out of town. We found Greiber through the Carrier website as an authorized service provider. Devon Greiber himself returned our call immediately and gave us a strong sense of trustworthiness. He went to our house and we were able to remotely let him in. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit (new furnace blower motor) in 24 hours. His cost was below another bid we received from a much larger Madison company that has a very good reputation but took days to respond to us. Overall, Greiber provided outstanding service at a very fair cost. I would definitely recommend Greiber and we will be using them again in the future for maintenance and repairs.“

“The Duct On Call crew was very professional and friendly. They came in and unclogged the dryer vent in a relatively short period of time. They explained the process as they cleared the lint that was stuck in the vent, and I was very pleased with the outcome of their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a similar issue. The cost of the service was very reasonable as well.“

“I was looking for a small part and tried the big box stores, and was referred from one of them. The parts clerk located the part as a piece from a larger kit, but ultimately located it by itself, which saved a lot of money. The clerk could not have been more helpful, and while he was looking, I was asked by two other staff if someone was working with me. When it's becoming so hard to find anything in person and customer service is vanishing, Rundle-Spence delivered. As I told the clerk, I have an old house...I'll be back.“

“Wohlers has been nothing short of fantastic, start to finish. I'm finishing my basement which is small and cramped and had some creative construction that made it hard to get to the supply and return trunks. Dave came out and gave me a quote with plenty of clear explanation and answers to my questions. I felt like I was collaborating rather than being "quoted at." Another competitor said the job would require removing all of the bulkhead framing and pineboard paneling, lowering the trunks, doing the work, then re-raising them. Needless to say I was nervous after that. Dave said the Wohlers team could work around my structures.

Day-of, Jared and Keegan came out; they were on time, didn't balk at the basement situation, were flexible and supportive working with me and my availability around meetings. They hit a snag where they did need to remove some of the bulkhead framing but didn't balk at it or try to pin blame or guilt on anybody, they just took it in stride, took it down, and did the work. The work was fast and minimally disruptive. They even kept my "cat prevention mesh" up around the new ductwork which is above-and-beyond in an already stellar job. Lastly, they left my basement cleaner than when they showed up.

I cannot say enough great things about the Wohlers team. I'm so glad I found them and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anybody; especially if you've been told your job is too small (or too much of a pain) for others to take on.“

“We've worked with Air Temperature Service for many years as a trusted resource for our preventative maintence on our HVAC systems. Recently, one of our AC units stopped working and I called and spoke with the Service Manager Lindsey. She dispatched techs right away and they found that the unit was done. Since the building is less that 10 years old, Air Temps inspected the entire system looking for a root cause of the short life span and discovered an underlying issue that led to the early failure. We really appreciated the fact that they didn't just replace the unit and send us a bill. They took extra steps to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed and corrected with a long term solution.
They techs that did the work were really friendly and thorough. They made sure we were fully back up and running as quickly as possible.
