I was *denied* the claim I submitted on my own ... zero dollars and zero cents is what my insurance company offered me for the obvious storm damage to my garage. Josh couldn't accept this and fought tooth and nail for me. It took nearly 2 years, but it was well worth the wait. We came out the other side with much more than I anticipated. There were a couple small damages the insurance company still denied and after being ghosted by my claims representative, Josh addressed them as best as he could; things I would imagine other contractors would shrug off and ignore.
