Made multiple calls to set up a time to arrange a meeting so as to review work needed and a quote. After 4-5 calls, they did show up and briefly went around house. Quote was to be emailed immediately. Once again, 4-5 calls later, no quote. We were planning on giving them the business for 3 houses. They never came out to view other work needed. They said they would be out next day (addresses provided) and never followed up with a quote for any projects and never came out to quote other jobs. Obviously, they are too busy to take on 3 new jobs and certainly do not take great pride in customer satisfaction. I would not use nor would I recommend. It's just common courtesy...read full review
