“We would highly recommend ServPro of Southeast Milwaukee. All the staff we dealt with were professional, efficient, and responsive to our needs and concerns. We had a weekend emergency of raw sewage that backed up into the basement of our elderly parents' home. ServPro responded quickly to our call for help, sent a crew to do cleaning and preliminary remediation of the site (to minimize the Sunday overtime costs), explained the disinfectant process, and how their on-site equipment would dry and purify the affected area. The following day they returned to do a second cleaning treatment. Once again the crew sent was extremely professional and efficient. The following day, the crew returned to do a final walkthrough and removal of their equipment. The results were great! We would also like to thank the front office crew for all of their assistance in helping us with scheduling and the insurance claims process! Everyone was just great, thanks!“

“I hired Nu-Gen to remove standing water and dry and tear out drywall basement. Francisco was the project manager and was very helpful in explaining their process and answering all the questions I had. The Admin office was great very responsive. Ezeka, is who I had the most contact with, He kept me in the loop of what was going on, since I was not located in the same state as property. They were very thorough and I am very pleased with their work. They were very respectful of the house and cleaned up very nicely once they were done. “There was sewage back up in my basement last week and I called 911 Restoration. I was very pleased to speak with the manager who was concerned that I not only got the sewage removed immediately but that I had consulted a plumber to address the core problem. They were able to respond that evening (called at 5.00 pm and crew was there at 6:30 pm). The two men working on the job were very professional and performed a thorough job. Both were very knowledgeable about the products they were using and advised me to discard those items damaged by the water. In fact, they took away those items so I didn't have to discard them myself.“
