We would highly recommend ServPro of Southeast Milwaukee. All the staff we dealt with were professional, efficient, and responsive to our needs and concerns. We had a weekend emergency of raw sewage that backed up into the basement of our elderly parents' home. ServPro responded quickly to our call for help, sent a crew to do cleaning and preliminary remediation of the site (to minimize the Sunday overtime costs), explained the disinfectant process, and how their on-site equipment would dry and purify the affected area. Jon and his team were fantastic. Within 90 minutes of our initial call the team was on site. They were exceedingly helpful, professional, insightful, and empathetic. They walked alongside us as we had to make quick and difficult decisions. They gave us options, walked us through long term considerations, and worked quite hard (and quickly) to return the space for use. I couldn't be happier with their service!

The shower in the unit above my condo leaked and damaged the ceiling in my laundry room. The insurance company highly recommended SERVPRO as the #1 choice in residential and commercial restoration. They came assessed the damages thoroughly and explained the process. They were punctual on the appointed day and took great care with my washer and dryer when removing the drywall, spraying the mold within the walls and three days of drying out the room with heaters and fans.
