Doug went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our carpets. We had a little residue that was left from the initial clean and they came out and rinsed, recleaned and it is amazing now. Super happy with all of the effort that was put in. Believe me when I say, they work for their great reviews! Highly recommend.

Darwon and his teammate were absolutely amazing! I had a mattress and rug damaged from a leak in my apartment building's roof. They came within a 24 hours of me calling and took both items for cleaning and treatment. They even redelivered them to my new address when I explained I was in the process of moving at no additional charge. While their were some hiccups with re-delivery, when I voiced concerns with Darwon, he offered a free couch cleaning to make it right. They did an excellent job with that too!
