“My sessions with Katy have helped me in so many ways on my journey to wellness. I love her intuitive style. She always brings exactly what is needed in the moment. And her cues are perfect! Not only is Katy clearly a really great teacher, but she is also a kind and caring person.“
“Ymassage is the most amazing body work location in the area. Lacouir is deeply skilled in the body, energy, the mind body connection and healing. 10/10 recommend.“
“I absolutely love perennial. The yoga instructors have such special and individual practices, yet all of them offer something great. One of the best yoga studios in Madison!“
“I love inner fire yoga! I have tried a few other studios, but nothing comes close to IFY! I feel welcomed, accepted, and inspired each time I visit.“
“I've been seeing Dr Heidi and she is fantastic! I've seen many soft tissue practitioners and chiropractors and she is one of the best. The use of multiple modalities, doing just enough and not too much, has been great for me. My husband saw Dr Mark for the first time recently and felt like his experience was by far the best he's had with a chiropractor as well. I would highly recommend them both!“
“I have been seeing Hannah for massage as often as I can for about a year and a half now. She is hands-down the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced. She pays attention to the smallest of details, like whispering while in session, observing and mobilizing the joints, and using continues motions that never feel jarring. Her energy is warm and allows you to completely relax. I never feel like “just another client,” even when months go by without having an appointment. I will never go anywhere else!“
“Will is amazing. Magic explodes from his hands and will put you back together every time. I don’t know how he does it but I am certain to keep his name on my calendar!“
“We've lived in Madison for a few years now and have been attempting to get back into Iyengar Yoga (which we did while we lived in Las Vegas and it helped our pain soo much). I have some chronic sciatica pain that flares up every now and then and lately I've had some ankle pain. I refuse to turn to pain medication because I don't want to be dependent on them and I refuse to have any surgery because surgery isn't a good long-term solution. And my husband has some chronic back pain and he won't turn to pain medication for the same reasons. Enter: yoga! (More specifically, Iyengar Yoga) We did the Level I Iyengar on Sunday with Katie. I loved the unpretentious atmopshere the room has. Katie was very welcoming and understanding of the limitations we have due to pain issues, which, from what I understand, is important for an Iyengar class. My husband had very positive thoughts about it, which I felt was important because he has training (to become a yoga teacher) in this. I think the thing I felt was a bit of a drawback for me was we didn't keep the poses nearly as long as I wouldve liked to feel the stretch. We did do more complicated poses (it was a a standing pose class this time) and, per my husband, who has training in Iyengar Yoga, he said that because we did more complicated poses, we didn't keep to keep the positions long. We plan to go more as our schedule allow!“
“Perfect for the newbie, like me, and for those who practice daily. The instructors are knowledgable and extremely welcoming. I enjoy the restorative class on Wednesdays which is the perfect midweek wind down from stress built up. Highly recommended!“
“Every time I show up for camp, I become more grateful for the team at Burn Verona. They are a truly phenomenal group of people who are motivating, kind, thoughtful and passionate about what they do! Burn Verona is really something special.“
“The best! After months of chronic neck pain and dead ends to resolve it, I found Tanatnan. After the first massage I felt an enormous difference, and after a few, I found long-term relief. Her work on necks is life changing. I also really love her combination/Thai massages, afterwards, my body feels so enlivened and amazing. I highly, highly recommend her!“
“Harbor Wellness is a part of the Harbor Athletic Club. The two buildings are split by a parking lot. Harbor Wellness contains three main studios for pilates, yoga, Tai chi and other similar classes. On the second floor there is a workout area with treadmills and some lifting equipment. Also on the second floor is a beautiful studio for pilates reformer, chair and tower.“
