Since I moved, I have yet to find a space in my area that offers the high quality of knowledge, certifications, and offerings that Deb and the other teachers have. “I started my yoga journey at Embody with a 30 day challenge. I attended most my classes virtually and found the process to be very easy. I loved Leanne's leadership style throughout the classes. Being brand new to yoga I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up. Leanne did a wonderful job of balancing her class for beginners and for more advanced students. Her warm and inviting voice was wonderful to listen to as she explained the different poses.
