Inner Fire Yoga is cozy and clean and home to several teachers I adore. I like that there are a variety of teaching styles so there is something here for everyone. I always leave feeling renewed and grounded. I'm grateful for this studio and my teachers here. Thank you Inner Fire team!
Welcoming environment. If you're looking to take your yoga practice deeper, this is a great place to do it. Super knowledgable staff that is well trained and will help you modify both up and down as you learn strong fundamentals along the way.
I have been part of the inner fire yoga community on and off since 2015 or so. I have tried multiple yoga studios all over Madison- first month trials, student discounts, new yoga studios, etc. However, there is no yoga studio like inner fire. They have the friendliest staff and their instructors are not only knowledgeable but also very approachable. I have learned A LOT since I started practicing with them. You can find classes from easy and relaxing to very challenging. They have 2 studios - East and West side. When I started this journey, I wasn’t even able to touch my feet!
