“Our "new" house was built in 2000 and still had original HVAC systems, so when the air conditioner went out, we knew we needed to replace the whole thing. We contacted Accu-Clime because they were Lennox dealers and we had good experience with Lennox at our old house . Accu-Clime gave us a competitive bid and seemed to know their stuff. Because they are a smaller company, they couldn't install a new system right away but were able to patch our old system so we had air conditioning again. They installed when they said they would, and in fact everything was done very professionally and we look forward to working with them for many years. We recommend them highly.“

I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive.
