“Accu-Clime recently replaced my 30yo AC and 23yo furnace after also fixing the said AC unit as a temporary measure during the hottest weekend last month when other 24hr services either didnt respond or couldn't send anyone right away. One of the owners, John, even drove 3 hours on a Sunday to locate a part for the ancient unit to ensure me and my dog wouldn't have to suffer the heat an extra 36 hours. The technicians Jeremy and Roberto were both great and very good humored about the difficult access issues around my house. The initial repair and subsequent replacements all went off without a hitch. They were professional, clearly skilled, great communicators, and didn'd miss any details that were discussed. I also appreciated that John was very transparent on all the pricing options, gave me credits towards initial repairs once the replacement work was agreed upon, helped me with financing, and also refunded a part that was ultimate not needed. Excellent service throughout and highly recommend working with them!“

“I first contacted Justin about a quote for a walk in cooler/freezer. He was at my location in less than 2 hours, and my location is almost an hour drive. He looked at my space and had my quote and drawing within a week. Great communication working with us on install date. We had a little issue with the install, guys were back the next day to resolve it! Have had a few little issues, nothing abnormal for a new install. Each time I have contacted Justin about these minimal issues, and problems I had with my existing equipment I have had a service tech at my location the same day. I have dealt with 4 or 5 different techs and they all have been phenomenal. They enjoy their job, they are happy, personable and most of all knowledgeable. Very willing to think outside the box to make a repair and do not settle for good enough. “During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive. Without question I would recommend H&C, and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism José provided. 5 stars.“

“We've worked with Air Temperature Service for many years as a trusted resource for our preventative maintence on our HVAC systems. Recently, one of our AC units stopped working and I called and spoke with the Service Manager Lindsey. She dispatched techs right away and they found that the unit was done. Since the building is less that 10 years old, Air Temps inspected the entire system looking for a root cause of the short life span and discovered an underlying issue that led to the early failure. We really appreciated the fact that they didn't just replace the unit and send us a bill. They took extra steps to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed and corrected with a long term solution.
They techs that did the work were really friendly and thorough. They made sure we were fully back up and running as quickly as possible.
